H. Jack Smith, 83, Pomona, died June 4, 2014, at his home.
He was born July 12, 1930, in Dow City, Iowa to Horace P. and Stella Mae Wright Smith.
He is survived by his wife, JoAnn R. Schrum Smith, of the home.
