I helped Connie move from Overbrook to Lawrence in September 1994. She was a force of nature from that day on. Connie, you are unforgettable and irreplaceable. We will miss you very much.
Sending thoughts of comfort and condolence to Connie’s dear sisters and family. She was a joy, and a dear friend to those with whom she worked and lived. As many have stated, it is easy to imagine Connie now . . . on stage with the spot light shining brightly on her , just a smiling and singing her heart out. Rest in peace.
Rest in peace to a very sweet lady. She will be missed dearly. Loved talking to her about actors and old singers. She was a great co-worker. Rip Connie. Have a good time with Elvis.
RIP Connie, while I did not know Connie, my son does. She welcomed him into Cottonwood in August and he loved her dearly. Prayers to her loved ones. Thanks Connie for being a positive role model for Kyle.
Connie touched so many people in a positive way. Personally, I will miss her beaming smile, quirky tales, her sparkly style, and witty one-liners. She was a bit of a comedienne and I will miss sharing a laugh with her. My heart goes out to her family and friends during this very difficult time.
Connie, the drivers on MV Transportation will miss you as well, I booked so many of your rides in the past, you will be missed.
Rest in peace sweet lady. You were a great co-worker. I will miss your singing.
I had the privilege of working with Connie at Cottonwood. She is already greatly missed- her great smile, good sense of humor, funny stories and fancy outfits.
Blessings and prayers to her family.
Connie I miss you and all your stories! You really knew how to tell a good story and how to make everyone smile. I know right now you are probably chasing Elvis around with those fancy shoes of yours! Love and miss you. R.I.P
I as Connie’s supervisor at cwood for 6 years. She was part of my heart. Everyday she would tell me she loved me. I will miss that very much. I loved her too. I bet she is having a Blast in Heaven with Elvis “getting down like a rat” she would say. She always had something quirky to say. Thoughts and prayers to your family. I am glad I had the chance to get to know such a wonderful person.
