I am so sorry for your loss. I was so shocked to hear of his passing. Doug and I worked many years together at J C Penney. I remember him most in his years with the A-Receiving department. He was such a great guy, and always a person with a great sense of humor. Such a wonderful guy to work around. Never a dull moment with Doug. I will always remember, the best of him. God Bless you, in your time of sorrow.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Doug was a great guy to work with in A-Recieving. His sense of humor and quick wit made working there enjoyable. May God give you the peace and strenth at this time of need. You are in our prayers.

From Carol Preston...

I’m sorry about Doug’s passing. I worked with Doug at Penneys. I was telling my daughter about it and she said is he the one that dresses up at halloween I said the big guy that came as a fairy. She said she remembered seeing a picture of him and said he looked like he was a fun guy. I said oh yea.!

From Cindy & Tom Hudson...

I was shocked and deeply saddened at the news of Doug’s passing. I worked with Doug at J.C. Penney many many years. He was such fun to be around–his sense of humor was unequaled by anyone! I would always say “how ya doing big guy”?–he’d answer “hangin in there” with that great big smile! Doug and I both had leg issues and would talk about what we were going through though he never complained and never missed work–some days laboring so hard to just walk into the warehouse–but he always did!!We send our deepest sympathy to the entire family. Doug adored his wife and children and spoke of them many times with such love and sometimes incredible humor. Doug will be truly missed but know he will take that joy to heaven and will now walk without pain. God bless you big guy!
