Danny Rollins,
Sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. May the love of God and your sweet memories of your mother comfort you today and always. Praying for you and your family.
I stood watching as the little ship sailed out to sea. The setting sun tinted her white sails with a golden light, and as she disappeared from sight a voice at my side whispered, “She is gone.”
On the farther shore a little band of friends had gathered to watch and wait in happy expectation. Suddenly they caught sight of the tiny sail and, at the very moment when my companion had whispered, “She is gone,” a glad shout went up in joyous welcome, “Here she comes!”
My thought are with you during this difficult time. There is little I can say or do to ease your pain and suffering. May knowing that you are in the thoughts of many bring a measure of comfort. Life is so short and our loved ones are gone from our lives too quickly. God’s promise of a resurrection is found at John 5:28. May the God of all comfort help you during your time of sorrow.
Thinking of you at this time, sorry for your loss
