I got the sad news today of Dan going to be with the Lord, he will be greatly miss by his family and friends and the Community of Lawrence Kansas, He was my rock during the sickness and death of my husband John, sending love to his family! Rea Baxter
Dan was a friend who enjoyed ministry! He always had a word in season to those who were weary. Several times he gave me a prophetic word. It always came to pass. I remember as a pastor and healing evangelist he would Fast the entire month of January. God rewarded him openly for what he did in private. I met Dan during a transition time in my life. When other so called friends walked out, he walked in with arms wide open. I’ll always cherish the times God allowed us to fellowship, and receive from each other’s anointing. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. My prayers are with those who knew and loved him and grieve his passing.
So sorry to see Dan leave this life but I know he fought the good fight of faith right up until the end. He has entered his heavenly home. Dan loved everyone and went out of his way to minister to all he met. A good friend for over 25 years. I was blessed to minister for him recently. No matter how difficult the circumstances he always kept the faith. Thank God that his fight is over and now he is enjoying his heavenly home.
Dan was a man of God focused on serving Him with his whole being. His love and commitment to God, family, and ministry was an example to all who knew him. He will be missed but his life will live on through those who received his ministry.
Dan, was an incredible minister with a heart to serve and teach people. I met Dan and got to know him in Tulsa, where he traveled and ministered with Joe Jordan.
Our deepest condolences to Liezl, Aaron and all the family. We have known Dan for over 30 years. He was always a man of faith and a man of love. He will be greatly missed here on earth but we know he is in awe in the presence of the Lord.
Thank you Pastor Dan for teaching me and guiding me and putting me back together when I was broken. You continue to be a Blessing to me. 💙
I am a cousin of Dan Nicholson. He had given me a Bible earlier this year that was given to him by Jimmy Swaggart years ago, I have a few Bibles, but I will mostly treasure that one. I also have one of the books he had written years ago. My condolences to his family.
Dan was a blessing to my parents, Emerson and Hazel Knepper, and stayed with them many times in PA
I am Dan’s Aunt Sandy and live in Bridgeport, WV.26330 and I lived my nephew very much. His wity, silly jokes I could not wait to hear when I knew I was going to be seeing him.I could be a little “down” and boy, he sure fixed that.He knew exactly how I also love hus wife and little sun Aaron. Danny, as I called him, had the most faith and love for his LORD .I have never seen such faith in a person. He loved the Lord with every fiber of his being and was live and respected by all.I have never heard an unkind word about him.I am so thankful he is at peace now and resting in the arms if Jesus.
My deepest sympathy to the family. I am a postal clerk at the lawrence office and knew Dan very well and he would come inside and i would go and get his mail for him out of his post office boxes. I enjoyed talking with Dan pretty much on a daily basis and he was always very friendly. I have transferred out to the south post office but I always enjoyed Dan very much. He was a very great person
