No public services are planned for Marion Waters, 76, Lawrence, who passed away at his home Monday, September 28, 2020. A private inurnment will take place at Leavenworth National Cemetery.
Marion served in the United States Army.
Mr. Waters was a painter. He enjoyed basketball, softball, working out, and was a former Golden Gloves boxer.
