Papa Frank,

You played such a significant role in my childhood and thinking of you brings back many fond memories.

Thank you so much for being the sweet, gentle, and caring man that you were to me and the family.

You are loved and will be missed.

May you rest in peace “where the skies are not cloudy all day”.

I may have only met you briefly when I was young, Papa Frank yet your sweetness and kindness to all of us will remain in my memory and my heart forever. Both my sister, Candice and I, are hugging you so tight just like the last hug you gave us the last time we saw you in Cebu. Until we meet again.

Papa Frank, you had been a great inspiration to me,my daughters and the Quinanola clan. We have some very fond memories of you.
