Messages & Condolences
You played such a significant role in my childhood and thinking of you brings back many fond memories.
Thank you so much for being the sweet, gentle, and caring man that you were to me and the family.
You are loved and will be missed.
May you rest in peace “where the skies are not cloudy all day”.
I may have only met you briefly when I was young, Papa Frank yet your sweetness and kindness to all of us will remain in my memory and my heart forever. Both my sister, Candice and I, are hugging you so tight just like the last hug you gave us the last time we saw you in Cebu. Until we meet again.
May you rest in peace Papa Frank. You have been a big part of our lives (the Q’s) and we owe you a great deal of gratitude. I and I’m sure the Quinanola family are very grateful to have been adopted by you and to be taken in as your own family. For that we are very grateful.
I am saddened at your passing and I am glad to have known you both personally and professionally at the San Jose Police Department. God Bless you and your family.
No matter how far and distant you were from us D’Q,s but you were always in my prayers (daily).
We will never forget you and we owe you so much. You were our second Daddy.
May you rest in Peace.
Always tibids and dennis
