I was saddened when Tom called and told me the news. Harold was a smart, and well read man. He knew what was going in the world, not only local, but world wide he knew what was going on. I can remember when we all rode the school bus together, and we drove down in the Lutz yard to pick up the kids. If Harold was outside he and our bus driver Allie Harvey would visit and try to solve the world problems in 5 minutes. We also are thankfull to him for being a pallbear for uncle a few years back, it ment a lot to my aunt. God blesss him and the family.

From Tom Lutz...

I have so many great memories growing up with Harold and his family. I enjoyed working and playing hard with them. Harold not only had a great hands on knowledge of what it took to keep a farm running, he was also very well read and knew a lot about what was going on in the world. I remember how Harold, Peg and their kids treated me like a son/brother. Harold we will miss you.
