Messages & Condolences

Dear Rick and family,
I was saddened to hear about the passing of your Dad. I knew he must be getting way up there in years. I remember him as such a busy, energetic guy with a good sense of humor. I had no idea he was in the Eudora Nursing Home where I visited my aunt sometimes up until six months ago when my health left me pretty much homebound. Your family is in my prayers. What a full life he must have had! Take care.

From Mary...

Sorry to hear of Ned passing. He was my neighbor, and a very caring man. I missed him when I moved from the neighborhood. He lived a full life, I was blessed to have known him.

Dear Rick,

We were so sorry to hear about your Dad’s passing. Rick always talks about him very dearly and I was glad to have met him when we visited you in Arizona. I hope all the loving memories and great times you had with him help you in this sad and difficult time.

With our warmest thoughts,

From Melinda Starkey Maturo...

Rick, I am so sorry for your loss. I will not be able to attend the funeral or visitation, but my thoughts are with you and your family. Your dad lived a full life and then some–99 and 1/2 years—wow. Impressive. I am thankful you had time to be with him over the years and to take trips with him and create such great memories. I pray those memories bring you comfort. God’s Peace to you and your family.
