Eldon was probably the most liked, loved, & respected person at Babcock Place. His love for the Lord, family & friends was obvious. Listening to him read scripture at Bible study was a joy. I hope his family knows the way he lived his life did not go unnoticed. He is missed very much, & it was an honor to know him.

This man was one of my heroe. Me and my grandpa would go out to the shop and build things and fix things just for fun. This man has given me so much knowledge of just about everything u could need to survive. He is now with my grandma Ada sitting to the right of the boat dock just fishing away. He is in a much better place and we will all see him again. I love you grandpa and tell grandma I said hi.

Eldon was the greatest man I have ever known. He will be missed but remembered dearly. Though some of us havent been able to see much of him for awhile I know he is here with us all or atleast watching from heaven. He brought us to the lord and showed us that kindness only a grandpa like him could. I know heaven is a better place with him in it. I love and miss you grandpa but I know your prayers are answered now god rest your soul Pa.And thank you for the presence you bestowed apon me I am a better man for having you in my life. Kiss grandma for me.

For the past several years, Eldon used to come to see me almost every week at the blood pressure screening clinic I offer at Babcock Place. He was just a delightful man with a sharp sense of humor and a twinkle in his eye. He always had a story to tell me of his earlier life. I will miss seeing him greatly. He was truly one of the bright spots of my day on Tuesdays. Sincere condolences to his family and friends.
