It breaks my heart to find out cheeky has passed. Working with him at the VA hospital was a joy and he touched my heart was well as the other nurses I work with. My thoughts and prayers are with your family and he will definently be missed by everyone he touched.
To the Cheek Family,
Our condolences, thoughts and prayers are with you. A special person, friend, and teammate, you could count on Bob to carry out his assignment. God bless and keep all of you.
For the family,

To Darlene (LHS Class of ’66), Suzanne, Barbara, and family: Growing up in Lawrence where football was a rite of passage for boys, Robert was a hero of mine who consequently played football for my brother Ray at Independence Junior College in Kansas. Allow the memories to be ones of love and happiness.
Our sympathies to Bob’s family. Marvin and Kathy Pine
