George M. McClanahan, 52, Lawrence, died Thursday, Apr. 13, 2017, at his home.
He was cremated and will be inurned at Oak Hill Cemetery.

So sorry about his passing,Melvin and I were best of buddy’s for years,from like 4th grade up till he moved to Lawrence. Hugs of support to all of the familly,so sorry!!
I am so sorry for your loss. He was such a fun, upbeat guy and could always make you laugh! He loved his kids more than anything, you could tell when he spoke about them. His family are in my prayers.
We’ve never met, but you have a wonderful son Jake. May you eternal peace.
