Services for Brenda Sue Reese Brown, 66, Lawrence, will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Ms. Brown died, August 22, 2017, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born April 9, 1951 in Lawrence, the daughter of Randolph and Esther Ray Reese.
Ms. Brown worked in food services at the University of Kansas. She enjoyed attending church at Connect Church, shopping, and dining out.
She is survived by a daughter, Heather Allen of Blue Springs; son, Chris Wilson of Lawrence; brothers, Mike Reese of Lawrence, Steve Reese of Lawrence; and 7 grandchildren.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, where the family will receive them from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday.
The family suggests memorials to the Brenda Sue Reese Brown Memorial Fund, sent in care of the funeral home.
