Robert Ralph (Bob) Burk Sr.

Robert Ralph Burk of Lawrence passed away January 26, 2019 at KU Medical Center.

Graveside services with military honors for Bob Burk will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday February 2, 2019, at Stony Point Cemetery Baldwin City, Kansas.

Family will receive visitors at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday February 1, 2019.

Bob was born March 7, 1946 in Lawrence, the son of Kenneth and Evelynne Burk.  He graduated from Lawrence High School in 1964.  He was a life long resident of Lawrence.

Mr. Burk served in the National Guard and was a forklift driver for the Topeka Hallmark Cards Plant.

He married Vicky Siddens on May 29, 1971 in Lawrence, KS.  She survives of the home.

Other survivors include a son, Rob Burk, grandsons Charlie and Kenny, and granddaughter Kelsey,brother Randy and sisters Sue Frazey and Barb Vantuyl.
