We had the privilege of working with Orval in Greensburg and Eureka. If I’m not mistaken the new Boy Scout structure in Greensburg was the project that he was most proud of. He will be truly missed as a man that gave a lot of himself to the community.

You don’t know us but want you to know that we thought a lot of Orval. He was a big part of what Greensburg is today. We wouldn’t be what we are if he hadn’t been here. He was quite a guy. And a special one!! Know he will be missed. So sorry.
