Floyd was our CERT buddy. He was always a character and never failed to keep us entertained with his stories. Floyd will be missed by all the staff and volunteers at Douglas County Emergency Management. May you all know how much family meant to Floyd. He could light up a room when he talked about his family members and about all the experiences you all had together….in good times and in bad. Rest in peace, good friend!
