Charlie was a special person, always with a smile and upbeat humor. I will miss seeing him.
Amber, I am truly sorry to hear of Charlie’s passing. Working for him at the water plant was a joy. As a supervisor, trainer, and coworker, I’m not sure anyone else compared with the amount of compassion, dignity, and respect he showed. He will be missed and thought of often. My thoughts and prayers are being sent to you and your family.
Amber: I’m so sorry to be saying “goodbye” to my friendly PRIL neighbor. A true patriot, with an infectious sense of humor, he surely was “one-of-a-kind.” My condolences to you and your family.
Amber I was so sorry to read Charlie’s name. Ken and I had some good times with Charlie at Perkins and your joining us was a special treat. I will always remember Charlie. He is now having to listen to Ken telling him the same jokes ? again. My birthday is dec.25. he will not be forgotten.
Amber, Charlie was a Great person, friend and extended family member. Katie and Sabrina loved him too. He will be greatly missed, but we will forever hold him in our hearts. Greg, Kendra,Katie, Sabrina Jones.
All of us at the Utility department with the City of Lawrence were very shocked and saddened to hear of Charlie’s passing. Our deepest condolences to his family. He will be greatly missed.
