Sue & i had a lot of fun times playing a lot of softball together n Lawrence. Both she& Terry were great people 2 know; I miss them both. Grace, i am so sorry i didn’t get 2 talk w/you@the service. You were always 1 of my favorite teammates’ moms. I wish you comfort& peace w/your memories of a beautiful daughter well raised. She was a great person.
I do not remember “not” knowing Susie. I worked with her at Hillside Companies in the mid 70’s, I moved away for quite a while, but it seems I still always ran into her. Her quick wit, always a smile and the cutest little nose I have ever seen. When I worked with her, she’d call her mom and say we were coming for lunch, and her sweet Mama would cook up an entire meal (you never needed dinner that night)!! There was so much love in their home, I loved going there with Susie.. Blessings her entire family. She brought happiness and laughter with her, always. She was a very dedicated person, gone far too soon… She will be missed, by many many who knew and loved her..

Met Susan on the ball field as a team mate. We were a pretty good team 40 years ago. Lost track of some of the team, but I started working for First Management Inc. about 18 years ago and she called in to talk about some properties we managed and realized we knew each other from the women’s softball team we played for. I have enjoyed our conversations over the phone. You were such a kind person. Rest in peace my friend. Carol Meiners (Berg, in my softball years.)
