
Dolores Louise Kilburn, 84 passed away December 30, 2022 at the Medicalodges Eudora. She was born January 19, 1938 in Lawrence, Kansas to Roscoe Husted and Beatrice LaVere Husted (Sutton).
She started working in 1960 for Hallmark Cards where she retired on May 31, 1993. She enjoyed playing golf, painting, reading and going to the casino.
She is survived by her two sons Steve Musselman and Travis Kilburn (Terri), both of Lawrence, 2 sister Donna Kilburn, Joyce Bowen (Charlie) and a brother Gary Husted (Patty) two grandchildren Lance Kilburn (Devyn), Lenexa, KS and Kelsey Kilburn, Melbourne, Florida and 1 great grandson Colten Dean Kilburn, Lenexa and several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents Roscoe and LaVere Husted, brother Ronald Dean Shirk and husband Iva Dean Kilburn.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, January 20th, 2023 at the Eagles Lodge, 530 Wisconsin Street, Lawrence, KS 66044.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Dolore’s memory to either Eagles Lodge or Lawrence Humane Society sent in care of Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1260 Lawrence, KS 66044.
