I met Kara working in the Trauma Dept at Parkland. I remember her laugh and her kindness. I remember listening to her sitting in Biotel while she directed DFD paramedics and what a supporter of DFD and all the area Fire Depts.
Condolences to her family may they find peace in this difficult time.
My time with her on TX4 and when I flew for Careflight, will be cherished for years to come.
Sympathy and prayers. Winona holds many memories of Kara.
Kara’s life was much too short. I remember her well as I was teaching at Triplains High her Senior year. She was part of a large and talented class. I also coached girls’ sports that year. She loved being a part of a volleyball season that ended up placing 3rd at state. Kara was also a great student and I enjoyed having her in class. I can not express my deepest sympathy enough. I pray that the Lord be with you in your time of loss. God truly gained another angel! Fly high Kara!❤️
I always enjoyed Kara’s posts and know that she was saved and in heaven with her maker 💞
I am sad to hear of Kara’s passing. As a DFD paramedic now retired, I can’t even begin to think of how many times I spoke with her on the Biotel line whether on a CPR or some other type of run. She always very helpful and respectful of us. She is an icon to Biotel and she was one of DFD’s biggest fans. We will all miss her. My thoughts and prayers to her family and friends for this tremendous loss. God bless you all.
I met Kara at Parkland in the ADT dept at that time. She was kind to me when I really needed a friend. She always made me laugh. A sweet spirit.
