Dale was great. Her quiet since of humor and perspective on just about anything always made me smile while at the same time getting me to think . She seemed to take Parkinson’s in her stride, after all it was only a physical issue . Dale remained Dale full of integrity and wit. My heart goes out to Wayne,Ric,Laurie, and Braden. I’ve known Dale for for over 40 years, sharing the trials and tribulations of life. We knew each other personally and later, professionally. She was always a kind, compassionate soul, who cared deeply about her family and her students. She will be missed.

From Carol Marshall...

I just saw this when I was reading a friends mom’s obituary.
Laurie, I haven’t seen you in our adult lives but I did run into Dale ever so often and really enjoyed talking with her. I’m so sorry to hear of her passing. Just wanted to let you know. I remember playing in your basement dressing up in her party dresses. I couldn’t believe how sophisticated and cool she was.
