It’s been years since I’ve seen Bill but he was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever known. I often saw him around town and he would always take time to talk to me. He had a kindness about him that you don’t often encounter in life. My heart goes out to his family and friends. Bill was genuinely a great person and I’m saddened by the news of his passing.
