Karl & Kandis, I’m sorry for the loss of your mom. I have a lot of fond memories of her and your dad back when I was in High School and my early years of college. Both were exceptional people who touched and influenced many lives. I hope you find comfort in the happy memories with them.
We are sorry to lose our good neighbor. Our condolences to Karl, Kandis and family.
Lois was such a smart, determined woman – a true pioneer in children’s’ education with an excellent mind for business. She loved her family so much & always made time for trips & making memories. We were so lucky to have one last visit from her in March when she organized a surprise trip to L.A. to visit her brother, Lloyd for his 98th birthday! So many family members gathered here to celebrate, which was memorable for all of us, but especially Lloyd. There is no doubt she is planning a wonderful reunion for when it’s time for them to meet again. We will be thinking of her often & miss our phone calls & her lovely laugh. Sending her love and light and our deepest condolences to her loved ones and friends that are missing her.
Lois, I imagine you are in heaven organizing a bridge party. You were so full of life. Our bridge parties were always such fun. God Bless!
Rick, Kyle and I send our sympathy and love during this sad time. Your mother was such a lovely lady. We always enjoyed time spent with her and your dad. Remember those Colorado ski trips? Such fun!!! We hope you are finding comfort and solace in such memories.
Karl and Kandis, I was saddened to see your mom had passed away. It was always a delight to talk to her. Even brief business calls often became real, pleasurable, conversations that included family, philosophy, remembrances, observations and hopes. Lois was truly a LADY, and a blessing to the lives of all she befriended.
What a great picture. Sharp as a tac and fun to be with. A great person and role model. It was always fun to see Lois at the office I could sort of reconnect with my long gone parents for the short time we would spend together during her dental check ups. With love and respect Charley and Claudia Kincaid
My deepest sympathy to all. She meant much to me also. Many wonderful memories.
I was so sorry to learn of Lois’ passing. We had a wonderful chat and exchanged phone numbers at Bella Sera when Brandon Woods residents came during /after the fire. She took a class from me when I was an early childhood graduate student at KU. I was so excited to reconnect with her and enjoyed her smile and laughing eyes. My heartfelt condolences to her family.
