So sorry for your loss. Praying for the family. She was always so nice to me. She sold me fresh eggs for many years. I also got to know her serving on the Linwood Community Building Board with her. She lived a long life.
Lola was the classic farm person, as was her husband, Herb. What a great life… Fond memories…… Doc Lee
I am sorry to hear about Aunt Lola’s passing. She was a force of happiness for all. She always had a smile for everyone. I will miss her laugh and smiles. She had such grace and compassion for human and animal alike.
I remember spending 2 weeks each summer on the farm doing the various chores that Wanda and Lawrence needed to do on a daily basis. Milking and feeding cows, feeding and cleaning the chicken coop and working the fields (hay mainly). It taught me so much about life and the way I should live my life. She taught me so much.
What a joy it was to know Lola Mae over the years. I and the Happy Hour Club enjoyed spending a very happy 100th birthday with Lola. Love you, Lola. Have an easy, heavenly after life. Peggy
What a long beautiful life that was well lived by a beautiful soul. May you rest in peace and may your memories forever be close to our hearts.
What a wonderful woman your mom was, Wanda! Her longevity could be attributed to all of the hard work she did throughout her life! She sounded very involved in her community as well!
She was very lucky to have you as a daughter, as you were lucky to have her as a mom! God bless you and your family at this time!
