Grandma,
I can not put in words how much you ment to me. I’m going to miss our Sunday conversations and the things that we would talk about that we laughed so hard our heads hurt. Thank you for always being there for me when I needed someone the most just to vent to. You always had the best answers and I admired you so much for how you spoke your mind when you needed too. You never held back. I hope one day my grand kids will look at me like I looked to you. I love you and know your with grandpa. It’s time to celebrate!
Mark, Cheryl and Steve sorry for your loss. Hard to believe. Please give Mom a call 785-594-6467 thank you
Mark & Kathy–our thoughts and prayers are with you as you mourn the loss of your mother. She sounds like a dear one and that she will be missed.
I could not help but remember when you used to play “hide the green army man” or “sharks” with me in my younger years. Looking at my daughters now makes me realize how lucky I was to be looked after and cared for by you as a child when mom was at work. I cherish the years we lived right down the street from you and grandpa. Although I grew up and moved further away from you I can tell you these things. I will always love you grandma and hope that you are now with grandpa in a nice comfortable place where you feel safe. I cannot put into words how you forever changed this world. I wish I could tell you these things in person and realize that I should have said them more when I had the chance to do it in person. I guess I will just tell you through the love in my heart and the thoughts in my mind.
She was my mother, my role model, shopping partner, and friend. I will miss you forever until I see you again. Tell dad I love a miss him, love you forever!
Mom I will miss you and love you forever
You will be dearly missed Grandma Douglas, I will always cherish the times spent with you when I was younger and the times we visited you and hung out with you and your cats and always getting new Beenie Babies from you, and how you’d give me coloring books and send me birthday cards every year that you could, I love you and I know you’re happy again with Grandpa Douglas, Rest In Peace.
