Ray, Liz, and Laurie,

We are so sorry to hear your loss. Ginny was always so nice to us when my son studied violin with Ray for about nine years. We were often amazed by her watercolor paintings.

Is it possible for you to send Ray’s new address to junhuaumd@gmail.com?

You know we have Ray in our hearts.

From Lois I. Van Dahm...

I am still in disbelief that Ginny has passed. She was my Facebook friend and had just sent us , on Dec.21, what would be her and Ray’s new address. Ginny became my friend in Kenosha where we were P.E.O. sisters and neighbors. We spent many times together visiting, interspersed with much laughter. Our little girl was in school and her little ones pre-school. I sorted many pairs of Comstock socks! Ginny will be missed by many friends and her dear family but, she is now able to clasp Kenny in her arms again.

Dear Ray, I am so very sorry for the loss of your dear Ginny.
I treasure the memories of the times we shared. She walked all the way down to our cabin with her walker. I walked her back to your place when she was ready to go. She sure did surprise me! And of course, we talked about painting. Ginny was a brave no- nonsense lady. I feel privileged to have known her. I will always treasure the memories of our times together at Tom Lake. May God give you peace and comfort in the days ahead. Sending love and prayers,
Marijane and Jeff

Liz and Laurie, I am so sorry to hear about your Mom’s passing. I was playing Words with Friends with her on the morning of the 23rd. She did not play again that day which I found unusual. She was such a fun lady and loved to paint. I always admired her talent. She seemed to always be upbeat, yet realistic. My heart goes out to you….it is very hard to loose a mother. May God comfort you in the days ahead.

From Sue Lienau...

Liz and Laurie, I am sorry to hear of your moms passing. It’s so hard to lose a mom. Just know I am thinking of you all. I will always cherish your moms recipe “Ginny’s Oriental Chicken Salad”. One of my favorites. Do you remember she made that for supper one night when I came to Deluth? Love to all.
