Services for Martin Bailey Valdez, Lawrence, will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home.
Martin was born and passed on November 27, 2014, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital, the son of James and Melanie Valdez (formerly Martin).
Martin is survived by 7 siblings: Jordan Hull – Lawrence, KS; Grant Hull – El Paso, TX; Teagan Valdez – Meriden, KS; along with Perry Hull, Isaac Hull, Connor Valdez and Raymond Valdez all of the home.
He is also survived by paternal grandparents Kimo and Windy Plakio of Topeka, KS; maternal grandparents Thomas and Betty Martin of Odessa, MO and Janice and Doug Gum of Mayview, MO.
Martin passed away peacefully in the arms of his mother and father. He provided his family a lifetime of love in his short time on earth.
The family suggests memorials to the Martin Bailey Valdez Memorial Fund.
